To be considered for a return, your item must be unused and the product seal must still be intact. You will also need to provide your receipt.

If your return request is accepted, you must hand over the defective product to the delivery person and confirm with us once you receive the replacement product.

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.

Yes! You can use your unique waybill/barcode number to track your order via our delivery partner, Koombiyo, through the “Track my order” tab. This can be found at the bottom of our website in the Quick Links section.
